Warehouse Operations Manager, Fashion | Hibiscus Coast

US$0.00
  • Lead ops for a well-loved New Zealand fashion brand

  • Tools of the trade, parking + great staff discounts

  • People-first culture with an above market salary

This is a well-established New Zealand fashion retailer with a tight-knit team of around 11 people and a warehouse operation that sits right beneath head office. They have a genuine, inclusive culture, think team BBQs, milestone recognition for long-serving staff, and a real investment in their people's wellbeing. This is a business that looks after its own and has built something worth being part of.

They are looking for a level-headed, operationally sharp Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operation. With around 5,000 SKUs across the range and warehouse stock fluctuating with the season, this is a role that requires someone who can prioritise well, make the right calls, and stay calm when everything needs to happen at once. You will be reporting into the Chief Information and Operations Officer and working across multiple departments to keep things moving efficiently and accurately every single day.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, transfers, returns, and inventory management

  • Owning warehouse KPIs including dispatch performance, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment service levels

  • Managing, coaching, and developing the warehouse team including a varied and predominantly female workforce

  • Overseeing stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain strong stock integrity

  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to workflows and processes

  • Coordinating with freight and logistics partners to ensure reliable service

  • Supporting operational readiness during store openings, promotions, and peak trade periods

  • Leading health, safety, and compliance across the warehouse environment

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment operations leadership

  • Strong inventory management skills and a solid understanding of fulfilment workflows and logistics

  • Experience with warehouse management systems — Cin7 experience is a bonus but not essential

  • The ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities without losing your head

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to make the right call when not everything can get done in a day

  • Strong people leadership skills and experience managing a varied team

  • We are open to experience from broader industries, not just fashion or retail

Why This Role

  • Tools of the trade and a laptop provided

  • On-site parking

  • Generous staff discounts — including the ability to appoint a female in your life to access the discount too

  • EAP programme and access to counselling support

  • Milestone recognition for long-serving team members

  • A genuinely inclusive team culture with regular events and a team that looks out for each other

If this sounds like the kind of role and team you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz

*Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
