WHOLESALE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, STELLA + GEMMA (TEMP COVER)

US$0.00
  • Two week temp cover role, with paid handover training beforehand

  • Short days with some flexibility

  • Immediate start, mid October

We're looking for an organised, customer focused Wholesale Account Coordinator to cover a short term gap at Stella + Gemma, a well loved New Zealand fashion brand. It's a great option for someone after a well paid, short and sharp temp assignment in October.

You'll start with two days of in office handover and training in the week of 5th October (either Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th, or Thursday 8th and Friday 9th), before the role properly runs from Monday 12th October through to Friday 23rd October.

As the ideal candidate, you'll bring strong customer service skills, a proactive nature, and the confidence to manage wholesale relationships and day to day enquiries with minimal oversight.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering a comprehensive service to wholesale customers.

  • Managing wholesale accounts and building sustainable relationships.

  • Delegating customer enquiries through the right channels.

  • Supporting with inbound shipments and keeping internal teams updated.

  • Overseeing replenishments and weekly promotions for the Outlet store.

  • Providing back up support for Brandscope.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a wholesale, account management or customer service role, ideally within fashion or retail.

  • Able to work autonomously.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with customers and internal teams.

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to pick things up quickly.

  • Solid computer literacy.

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.

You will be rewarded with:

  • Great hourly rate.

  • Hours of 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work later into the afternoon, until around 5pm, if needed.

  • A supportive team and a well regarded Kiwi fashion brand to add to your CV.

If you're free for the dates above and keen to hear more, please contact Bindy Williams-Lough on bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz  or apply directly.

*Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
