 We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to manage and grow a defined portfolio of wholesale accounts across New Zealand for Brittain Wynyard, representing the Birkenstock, Timberland, and Clarks brands. This role is focused on owning and developing a designated territory of accounts across both the North and South Islands. You’ll build strong client partnerships, deliver brand training and merchandising excellence, and work closely with internal teams to support wider sales and marketing initiatives that drive sustainable, long-term growth.Brittain Wynyard is a business that leads with culture.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships throughout New Zealand

  • Driving sustainable sales growth with existing retail partners

  • Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities

  • Presenting seasonal ranges and delivering engaging product and brand training

  • Achieving agreed sales targets and commercial objectives

  • Ensuring high-quality merchandising across key retail accounts

  • Supporting the execution of key marketing initiatives in market

  • Travelling regularly throughout New Zealand

  • Reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to internal stakeholders

You will bring:

  • Proven field-based account management experience, ideally within footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands

  • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing your own territory with confidence and autonomy

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Solid computer skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports

  • Strong time management and organisational capability

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across New Zealand
