We are working with a beautiful New Zealand premium womenswear brand that is expanding wholesale accounts across New Zealand and into international markets. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will work closely with the Director to shape and drive the wholesale strategy. If you are a natural relationship builder who loves fashion, loves selling, and wants to be part of something that is genuinely going places, this is a great one.
You will own the wholesale function from end to end, managing and growing existing accounts, identifying and onboarding new wholesale partners, and presenting seasonal collections both in person and virtually. It is a varied, fast-paced role where your impact will be felt across the whole business.
What you will be doing
Working closely with the Director to develop and execute the wholesale strategy across NZ and international markets
Managing and growing existing wholesale accounts and building strong relationships with buyers
Conducting in-person and virtual sales appointments to present seasonal collections
Identifying and onboarding new wholesale partners through outreach, networking and market research
Owning the full sales process including order management, follow-ups and customer communication
Driving revenue through strong product knowledge, strategic selling and upselling
Maintaining the showroom to a high standard
Providing regular insights on sales performance, customer feedback and product trends
Travelling domestically and internationally to meet partners and present collections
What you will bring
Proven experience in sales, ideally within fashion or wholesale
Confident, personable and naturally relationship-driven
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of trends and the wider fashion landscape
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit team
