We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Boutique Manager. This is an incredible career move, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative culture with a strong growth vision.
Leading a new store opening in March based in Ponsonby, you will be fully invested in inspiring, motivating and engaging across all team and sales aspects. We are wanting someone with strong communication skills and the drive to uphold the brand's core values and strategy. Proven experience within the luxury apparel sector would be advantageous.
With thoughtful and minimalist design, the Australian coastal lifestyle brand is growing rapidly and has further expansion in New Zealand on the horizon.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain retail operational standards and procedures whilst leading with an exemplary standard
Train and develop all staff whilst creating a positive and engaging store culture
Ensure a high level of merchandising standards and stock management
Communicate effectively with the Regional Area Manager and support with weekly reporting
Deliver an excellent level of customer experience creating brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value

Tuesday to Saturday roster
As the successful candidate you will have:
A minimum of two years’ experience within luxury retail management
Clientele experience, styling in a boutique environment
The ability to motivate your team while leading a positive and engaged store culture
Keen understanding of both local and international fashion markets
Proven success in delivering highly engaging and authentic customer service
A highly organised, people-focused approach with a ‘go-getter’ attitude
A strong understanding of and alignment with the company values and product range
