Frame Consulting are working with a range of fashionable New Zealand brands who are looking for passionate and experienced Store and Retail Managers to join their teams, with opportunities across the country, particularly in Auckland.
Our clients vary from boutique to large scale, all stylish brands that you would be proud to work for! Hours vary depending on store needs.
You will be responsible for:
Recruitment, induction, training and mentoring of your team
Styling and visual merchandising of the space
Ensuring operational excellence is being achieved across all areas
Driving sales targets and KPIs while engaging and developing your team to achieve
Giving a VIP experience to all clients, one-on-one styling and creating a bespoke service (boutique brands)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Above 2 years of experience as a Store or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
Fashion styling expertise, preferably in women’s fashion is desirable
Operational skills, including creating rosters, maintaining wage budgets, ensuring high standards are kept with stock processing and all other retail operations
Exemplary team leadership skills and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets
