  • Support in all operational, production, ecommerce management, warehousing, distribution, and customer service 

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager, who can hit the ground running and manage the business operations for this growing fashion brand. This is a full-time, open-ended contractor role, however, we are open to part-time hours for the right candidate. 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the full supply chain for all B2C and B2B operations. Key areas of management involve – Shopify, CIN7, Xero, and 3PL. They will need to build strong relationships with internal and external teams – including design, sales, marketing, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the operations of the brand and provide expertise and support in all operational, ecommerce management, warehousing, distribution, and customer service 

  • Oversee production quality and ensure the timely arrival of all goods 

  • Oversee all product costings and ensure efficiencies  

  • Manage the upload and running of the online store

  • Oversee all warehouse facilities, inventory, storage, and management 

  • Provide CIN7 reporting for financials 

As the successful candidate, you will have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience with Shopify, CIN7, Xero, and 3PL. This is essential, you must be able to confidentially manage them.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar operations or ecommerce role

  • Strong inventory management 

  • Strong people management 

  • Proficient in Microsoft excel 

  • Ability to understand the brand aesthetic 

Within this role, you must be organized with meticulous attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment. You will be motivated by getting things done accurately and quickly.
