Production Assistant, Elevated Fashion

We’re seeking a junior to intermediate production assistant to join one of New Zealand’s household fashion brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience, who wants to join an established business, that offers career progression.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

Supporting the production team with the following;

• Communicating with factories and suppliers

• Reporting

• Assisting with the critical path

• Assisting with fittings and tailoring

• Pattern cutting

• Compiling specs and tech packs

• Sampling

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role; EG production, design or workroom assistant

• Must have experience working in a women’s apparel brand

• A collaborative work approach, willing to pitch in wherever you’re required to help

• A keen desire to progress your career within this brand
