Attractive hourly rate, plus commission
Wednesday to Sunday roster, 38 hours each week
Based in central Christchurch
We are in search of an accomplished Senior Sales Consultant with a proven track record, bringing leadership and sales expertise to our leading Christchurch store.

About the role:
Ensure clients receive impeccable service throughout the entire process, from consultation to ordering bespoke pieces and the timely delivery of these items.
Further develop your expertise in fabrics, furniture, home styling, and soft furnishings.
Lead the team in achieving individual and collective targets and KPIs.
Play a pivotal role in the visual merchandising of the showroom space.
To excel in this role, you will need to:
Be driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Bring a positive, genuine, and enthusiastic attitude.
Demonstrate significant experience in sales, whether in retail, sales, consulting, or account management.
Be available to work Wednesday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off during the week (approximately 38.25 hours).
