We’re on the lookout for a highly analytical and detail-focused Merchandise Planner to join a dynamic and fast-paced retail team. This role is all about ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, helping drive sales and profitability across all categories.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse product performance and stock levels to drive sales and maximise profitability.

  • Manage stock allocations, replenishments, and inter-store transfers.

  • Assist with buying budgets and seasonal range planning based on trends and performance data.

  • Report on best sellers, slow movers, and seasonal trends to make strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with retail, marketing, and buying teams to align stock flow with customer demand.

  • Identify business opportunities and risks, making proactive recommendations.

  • Manage pricing, markdowns, and end-of-season clearance strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • A keen eye for fashion trends and customer buying behaviours.

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning or a similar retail planning role.

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with an understanding of retail KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
