Work for a leading New Zealand furniture and homewares based in Wairau Park. This brand that rewards your enthusiasm and drive with an extensive commission structure. You will be guided through personal sales development practice to help you achieve your earning goals, by a well-developed and supportive team. You will have opportunities to develop your interest in interior design and all-encompassing homewares staging to assist clients.

Your responsibilities in the role will include:

• Working the showroom floor, turn browsers into buyers

• Delivering impeccable customer service, before, during, and after-sales

• Assisting in the staging of the showroom, merchandising, and crafting unique displays

• Supporting other team members to reach store targets

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Motivation to succeed in both personal and team targets

• A personable and proactive approach to deliver exceptional customer care

• Experience in retail sales, with a passion for home interiors and furniture

• A positive and reliable attitude, as a key player for this high performing team

• Ability to work a weekend day
