This would be an ideal position for someone who is an ASM looking to progress their career or a current Store Manager looking to diversify their career who loves being with customers.
In this role, you will:
Lead a small team of passionate retailers who love this brand and what it stands for
Deliver a caring and genuine customer service experience
Drive all store operations, including stock integrity, store systems and good reporting
Execute and maintain all visual merchandising rollout plans
Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of the brand, its ethos, and its products

As the successful candidate, you:
Relevant management, retail or fashion experience
An interest in womenswear and design with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and self-motivate
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
