Are you an experienced Store Manager ready to join a flourishing New Zealand owned and operated fashion and homewares brand?
Leading an incredible team you will be a polished, genuine manager working in a thriving store setting. Delivering an impeccable customer experience whilst working amongst amazing brands, both local and international.

In this role, you will:
Lead, coach the team, encouraging collaboration within.
Deliver a high level of customer service - You are not afraid to go above and beyond for your clients to ensure they have a positive experience in store.
Drive store operational excellence with a hands-on approach.
Effectively deliver on rosters, sales budgets, targets, KPI’s and stock management.
Ensure all visual merchandising is maintained to a high standard.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Be an experienced manager ideally within the fashion industry.
Are a positive, confident leader capable of leading a team.
Excel in a busy environment, keeping your store to a high standard across all deliverables.
Have a strong sense of personal style and love for all things lifestyle, homewares and fashion.
