You'll be responsible for leading a small, passionate team with a strong focus on customer service, styling, and operational excellence. From coaching staff to curating in-store visuals and content, no two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities:
Manage, motivate and develop your team to achieve store goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a focus on styling and relationships
Support with rosters, operations, stock, banking, and reporting
Visual merchandising, product presentation and styling
Create content for social media and support VIP appointments
Help grow the online side of the business via Shopify and customer support
Track KPIs and ensure the team is working towards key benchmarks
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience as an ASM or Store Manager
A love for fashion, wellness, and connecting with people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident with POS systems, inventory and store operations
A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
