Flagship Store Manager – Warringah Mall, Sydney | Fashion & Lifestyle

US$0.00
  • $65,000–$75,000 + bonuses + generous staff discount

  • Career development

  • Join a purpose-led NZ brand expanding into the Australian market

We’re on the lookout for a powerhouse Senior Store Manager to take the reins of a stunning new boutique opening in Warringah Mall this August. This isn’t your average Store Manager gig – this flagship store will lead the way for the brand’s Aussie expansion, and we’re after someone who’s already thinking like a Cluster or Regional Manager.

You’ll be setting the tone from day one – building a high-performing team, shaping the store culture, and delivering a warm, standout experience that reflects the brand’s values. You’ll be all over the detail, from customer service and styling to commercial performance and store presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, people skills, and sharp operational mind will make a real impact.

You’ll have the confidence to make decisions, coach your team, and have the tricky conversations when needed – all while keeping things fun, stylish, and aligned with the bigger picture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operations across the boutique

  • Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation

  • Manage rosters, stock levels, and operational KPIs

  • Be the go-to person for motivation, accountability, and support across the team

  • Foster a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand’s values

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced Store Manager (or multi-site leader) who knows how to run a tight ship

  • Someone super organised, commercially savvy and all over the details

  • A natural people leader who leads with empathy but isn’t afraid to call the shots

  • Solid sales focus with the ability to spot areas of the business to grow

  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and creating memorable in-store moments

  • Ready for the next step – this role has legs and could evolve into a Cluster/Regional Manager role for the right person

What’s on offer:

  • Great hourly rates and performance bonuses

  • Staff discount to keep your wardrobe looking sharp

  • Supportive onboarding and training before doors open

  • Positive, purpose-led team culture

  • A rare chance to be part of something new from the ground up

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and build something special in Sydney, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch with Bindy Williams-Lough at Frame Consulting – bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz
