


Brand & Digital Designer, Women’s Fashion Apparel Retailer

Are you a creative and commercially savvy Brand & Digital Designer ready to make your mark in the fashion retail space? This is your opportunity to join a well-established and fast-growing women’s fashion retailer and own the visual direction and design output across every customer touchpoint.
As the Brand & Digital Designer, you will be the guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring everything from digital ads to in-store signage is visually aligned. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team, you will help evolve the brand while driving real results through high-performance creative.
With a store network spanning across New Zealand and a new location that has recently opened, this is a chance to join the business during a time of exciting expansion.
What you'll do:
Design weekly EDMs and maintain automated flows to align with seasonal campaigns and performance goals.
Create homepage banners, campaign landing pages and other web assets that align with UX best practices.
Design and manage all in-store POS signage, promotional materials and digital content for retail screens.
Support the Marketing team with creative for social media, paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, Push Owl) and seasonal campaigns.
Liaise with printers, signwriters and external partners to deliver projects on time and to spec.
Contribute creative direction and fresh ideas that enhance brand perception and drive customer engagement.
What we’re looking for:
3 or more years of experience in a mid to senior-level graphic design role, ideally in fashion, retail or eCommerce.
Exceptional visual eye, a love for all things fashion, attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); After Effects, Figma or Klaviyo a bonus.
Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes, especially in digital and retail environments.
A good understanding of UX principles and performance marketing.
