Content Creator & Social Media Lead, part-time (20-30hrs per week)
Hands-on, creative, and high-impact content role
Lead video, social media & community engagement
Generous staff discount + sunny North Shore HQ location
We’re working with a purpose-led fashion retailer to find a vibrant and versatile Content Creator & Social Media Lead to join their in-house team on Auckland’s North Shore. This is a part-time role (20–30 hours per week) with a flexible schedule and loads of variety. If you’re someone who lives and breathes content, knows how to make social media sing, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, then this one’s for you.
You’ll be planning, filming, editing, posting, and engaging—plus working closely with the Marketing Manager, retail team, and buyers to bring seasonal campaigns and daily moments to life.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating video and still content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (VIP & shop groups), Pinterest and Push Owl
Filming and editing reels, try-ons, stories, takeovers and trend-based content using mobile-first tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva and Adobe Rush
Showing up in front of the camera as needed (you’re confident, relatable, and audience-ready!)
Running the daily publishing calendar and scheduling content in line with marketing plans and retail activity
Managing and engaging with the social community—responding to Direct Messages and comments
Supporting influencer shoots, co-ordinating styling with the Purchasing team and ensuring product featured is available online/in store
Maintaining a tidy system for content samples and returns
Reporting weekly on platform performance: reach, saves, shares, engagement and conversions
Keeping an eye on Pinterest mentions and insights—even if it’s not your main platform
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in social media, content or digital marketing roles
Skilled with mobile video tools and fluent in fashion-led trends
Comfortable fronting the camera and building rapport with online communities
Creative but also highly organised—you love a schedule and keep things running smoothly
Experience managing Facebook groups or brand communities a bonus
Proactive, positive, and genuinely passionate about fashion and people
20-30 hours a week
Why you’ll love it here:
Be part of a purpose-led business with heart and community focus
A fun and fast-moving environment where creativity is valued
Generous staff discount and development opportunities
Work from a sunny, stylish office in the North Shore
Flexibility around hours (20–30 per week) to suit your schedule
If this sounds like you, reach out to Bindy Williams-Lough at bindy@frameconsulting.co.nz or Rachel Smart at rachel@frameconsulting.co.nz with your CV and portfolio or a few content samples—we’d love to hear from you.
*****Due to the exceptionally high number of resumes we are currently receiving for job applications, we will only be replying to candidates of interest for the role, who have the relevant experience required.
