Marketing Coordinator, Expanding Fashion Retailer

US$0.00
  • Competitive salary & remuneration package

  • Join a retail business experiencing exciting growth & expansion

  • Head office based on Auckland’s north shore

We have a highly sought-after opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a thriving fashion retailer that continues to experience exciting growth. Joining a well-established brand, we’re seeking a marketing professional ready to dive into a diverse mix of tasks. From campaigns and content to community-driven marketing initiatives, this role suits a marketing all-rounder with fashion experience.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside a close-knit marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager, supporting the execution of high-impact campaigns across social, email, paid media, and in-store promotions. You will help maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms while bringing creative flair and operational efficiency to your daily work tasks.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating the roll-out of retail and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring on-brand messaging and timely execution.

  • Managing Facebook content scheduling across the brand’s main page, VIP Group, and store groups, including community engagement and moderation.

  • Collaborating on influencer content shoots and assisting with campaign content planning and publishing.

  • Supporting in-store marketing with promotional signage, POS materials, and local area marketing initiatives.

  • Writing and briefing daily EDMs and collaborating with the graphics team to deliver clear, compelling, sales-driving content.

  • Suggesting fresh and relevant content ideas tailored to customer interests and maintaining detailed campaign calendars to ensure alignment with seasonal priorities.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or eCommerce coordination.

  • Experience in posting and creating content, with a solid understanding of Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms (a bonus).

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

  • A natural creative flair and a love for social storytelling and campaign execution.

  • A forward-thinking mindset combined with reliability and accountability, always taking ownership and following through on tasks.

This company culture values teamwork, care, and continuous improvement. Fostering a supportive environment that celebrates excellence and aims to surprise and delight both staff and customers.

If you’re fashion and brand obsessed, creative, and driven by all things marketing, then this role is for you. Submit your resume to Jess Low at jess@frameconsulting.co.nz or Rachel Smart at rachel@frameconsulting.co.nz

*****Due to the exceptionally high number of resumes we are currently receiving for job applications, we will only be replying to candidates of interest for the role, who have the relevant experience required.
